ESmart Application
แอปสำหรับพนักงานขายและพนักงานคลังสินค้าขององค์กรที่ใช้บริการระบบของเรา — บอกให้ครบว่าเราเก็บอะไร เก็บทำไม และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง An application for field sales and warehouse staff of organisations that use our system — what we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have.
1ใครเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลWho owns the data
ESmart เป็นระบบที่องค์กรผู้เป็นนายจ้างนำไปใช้บริหารงานขายและงานคลังสินค้าของตนเอง ความรับผิดชอบจึงแบ่งเป็นสองส่วน
- นายจ้างของคุณ คือผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เป็นผู้ตัดสินใจว่าจะเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร และเก็บไว้นานเท่าใด
- บริษัท เซเว่นไมเนอร์ จำกัด คือผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูล เราดูแลระบบและประมวลผลตามคำสั่งของนายจ้างเท่านั้น เราไม่นำข้อมูลของคุณไปขาย ไม่นำไปทำโฆษณา และไม่ใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น

ESmart is deployed by employers to run their own sales and warehouse operations. Responsibility is split:
- Your employer is the data controller — they decide what is collected, for what purpose, and for how long.
- SevenMinor Co., Ltd. is the data processor — we operate the system on the employer's instructions only. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
To exercise your rights, contact your employer's system administrator or HR department first.

We collect only what the system needs to function. The list below is everything the app actually collects.

This app does not use push notifications. Alerts and spoken prompts are generated locally on your device while the app is open; no notification token is sent anywhere.

We do not collect contacts, messages, call logs, personal files you did not pick yourself, or data from other apps, and we do not track your location while the app is not in use.

5ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูลHow long we keep data
รายการทางธุรกิจ เช่น ใบสั่งขายและการรับสินค้า ถูกเก็บตามที่นายจ้างกำหนด และตามที่กฎหมายบัญชีและกฎหมายภาษีของไทยกำหนดให้ต้องเก็บ
เมื่อองค์กรยุติการใช้บริการ เราจะลบหรือส่งคืนข้อมูลตามที่ตกลงในสัญญากับองค์กรนั้น ส่วนค่าตั้งที่เก็บในเครื่องของคุณจะหายไปเมื่อถอนการติดตั้งแอป
Business records such as sales orders and goods receipts are retained as configured by your employer and as required by Thai accounting and tax law.
When an organisation stops using the service, data is deleted or returned as agreed in the contract with that organisation. Settings stored on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.
6ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลSecurity

- Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted.
- Access is restricted by role — users see only the data they are entitled to.
- Barcode camera frames are processed on-device and never stored.
- Sign-in events are logged for audit purposes.
7สิทธิ์ของคุณYour rights
ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ขอให้ลบหรือระงับการใช้ ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล และคัดค้านการประมวลผล
ใช้สิทธิ์เหล่านี้ผ่านนายจ้างของคุณ ซึ่งเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล เราในฐานะผู้ประมวลผลจะดำเนินการตามที่ได้รับแจ้ง

การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายนี้
หากมีการแก้ไข เราจะปรับวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้ และหากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญ จะแจ้งผ่านองค์กรผู้เป็นนายจ้าง
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may request access, a copy, correction, erasure or restriction, portability, and may object to processing.
Exercise these rights through your employer, who is the data controller. As processor, we act on their instruction.
Children
This app is for employees of organisations only. It is not directed at anyone under 15, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we revise this policy we update the date shown at the top of this page, and for material changes we notify you through your employer.
